Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This policy explains how Kaytlyn Leonor (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit kaytlynleonor.com, create an account, or place an order.
1. Information we collect
Account and sign-in information. If you register or sign in, we process information such as your name, email address, profile photo when available, and account identifier. If you choose Google sign-in, our authentication flow requests only the OpenID Connect openid, email, and profile scopes. Google returns your stable account identifier, verified email, name, and profile photo when available. We use these details to authenticate you, create or link your Kaytlyn Leonor account, and display your account profile. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or other Google services.
If you choose Facebook sign-in, we receive the account identifier, name, and email made available by Facebook for authentication and account linking.
Shopping and contact information. When you use account, checkout, or order features, we process information you provide, which may include your name, email, phone number, shipping address, cart, wishlist, order items, order status, and customer service messages.
Payment information. Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive payment status and transaction identifiers needed to verify and manage an order. Payment card or UPI credentials are entered with the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers or payment passwords on our website.
Device and site information. The site uses essential browser storage and session cookies to support sign-in, cart and wishlist features, and your preferences. Our hosting and security systems may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and access time in server logs.
2. How we use information
- To authenticate you and maintain your account and sign-in session.
- To operate the store, remember cart and wishlist choices, process orders, arrange delivery, and provide customer support.
- To verify payment status, prevent fraud, protect the site, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- To send service messages about accounts, orders, payments, and delivery.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only for sign-in, account creation or linking, account identification, and displaying the profile details described above. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles. We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to providing or maintaining the sign-in feature. Access is limited to the information returned by the requested OpenID Connect scopes.
4. How information is stored and shared
Account, profile, and store records are stored in the website’s hosting database. We share information only as needed to operate the store: with Google or Facebook when you choose their sign-in service; with our hosting and database provider to operate the website; with Razorpay to process payments; and with delivery or transactional email providers when needed to fulfil an order or send service messages. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and our instructions where applicable. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the store, or our rights.
We do not sell personal information. Google user data is not shared with advertising platforms or data brokers.
5. Retention
We retain account and order information while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to close your account or delete information that we are not required to retain. Some transaction and order records may need to be kept for legal, tax, security, or accounting reasons.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, subject to legal and operational requirements. You can stop using Google sign-in at any time. To remove the connection from your Google Account, review and manage third-party access in your Google Account settings.
8. Children
Our online store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us to request its deletion.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. We will post the current version on this page and update the date above.
